Finally got a chance to see Paranormal Activity and I’m going to be honest…scared the crap out of me, this movie absolutely ruled in giving me the chills. I mean to start of there was only about maybe 15 people at the theater because it was a Thursday night but, I loved it…it gives you the creeps and I’m not gonna lie, slept very poorly last night because I kept thinking about it….the night just dragged on. Let me tell you this, if you haven’t seen it yet and are on the fence about seeing it because some people said it wasn’t scary, do yourself a favor and go see it. I think people that say it’s not scary are just acting tough and trying to say “It wasn’t scary at all” maybe if you weren’t talking to your friends half of the movie and really got into it your thoughts might be different now. I’m a big fan of horror movies but movies like Paranormal Activity really keep your mind in play long after the movie ends, you don’t want to be home alone, you don’t want to turn off the lights, every little crack along the house scares you…it’s what a good scary movie is supposed to do to you and Paranormal Activity did just that. I know it’s based on a true story, people always go through that stuff and that’s why there are so many different TV shows about Ghost, Demons, etc but, this movie is just off the wall. I guess you can say I’m a big fan and that I totally want everyone who didn’t see it yet to see it.
