Hello from Raleigh, North Carolina, can I please tell you how much I’m finally enjoying the nice fall weather, today was just beautiful. You know what else I’m excited about!?? our brand new CD entitled “Right Here, Right Now” came out yesterday and we peaked at #67 on iTunes for top “POP” albums…I was so happy, words can’t even describe this excitement because our last record “Be My Runaway” never reached the charts and to see that all of YOU still remember us meant so much. Yes, we are an unsigned band doing everything out of our own pocket and to be able to see our record hit the charts and be surrounded by Beyonce, Jonas Brothers, Lady Gags, Black Eyed Peas, and even Michael Jackson was probably one of the most surreal moments of my life. I’m just a kid making music with my best friend and even though we haven’t found a label YOU, our fans are our label, you help us survive amongst all these big artists and if the world was to end today, I would be satisfied because our music moved people in many ways and I’d like to call every single one of you my friend so I’m not gonna die alone. Our record is also available for preview on Purevolume.com and for the past week we’ve been in the top 3 most listened to artist on that website, is this even real? I feel like it’s all a dream and that I’m going to wake up tomorrow and non of this is real. I’m sitting here listening to music trying to find the right words to really describe how I feel but the truth this….I feel so much for all of you, there’s so much love, so much appreciation because I’m doing this with you, it’s not just with my band mates but with all of you, my best friends. I’d like to thank all my Twitter friends for all the RTs, I know I got annoying yesterday but you were all so great. Tour is almost over and I’m sad I won’t get to see new faces every single day but, guess what? it’s okay because I’ll be back in the van heading to a new state soon. I feel so blessed to be where I am right now…thank you for making this dream a reality, let’s set the world on fire RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW!
